But sometimes it can be uncomfortable or feel like a lie to say some affirmations if they don’t feel true yet. If saying something like, “I love myself,” is uncomfortable, there are still ways to manifest positively until it resonates. With most affirmations, like “I love myself,” I recommend the fake-it-‘till-you-make-it approach because if you keep saying it with the intention to love yourself, eventually you will internalize it. But you can baby step in as well. Until the affirmation resonates, say something like, “I am learning to love myself more and more every day.” Or “I am open to love myself more and more every day.”
