Manifestation and Affirmation Prompts

Prompts for easier and clearer manifestations and affirmations.

Check out this post for a more thorough understanding of manifestations before you begin and use this post to set up your Manifestation Journal, where all your manifestations and positive affirmations will be written.

Manifestations and affirmations should be said/written in the present tense.

I am ____________

I have ____________

But sometimes it can be uncomfortable or feel like a lie to say some affirmations if they don’t feel true yet. If saying something like, “I love myself,” is uncomfortable, there are still ways to manifest positively until it resonates. With most affirmations, like “I love myself,” I recommend the fake-it-‘till-you-make-it approach because if you keep saying it with the intention to love yourself, eventually you will internalize it. But you can baby step in as well. Until the affirmation resonates, say something like, “I am learning to love myself more and more every day.” Or “I am open to love myself more and more every day.”

More examples:

I am easily learning to _______ more and more every day.

I am open to ____________ more and more every day.

It is surprisingly easy to ________ more and more every day.

I easily choose to _________ more and more every day.

I feel deserving of ________ more and more every day.

I feel worthy of _________ more and more every day.

It is easy to accept ________ more and more every day.

To practice manifesting and positive affirmations, write out 5 things you’d like manifest this year for your mental and emotional health.

For example, if you’re looking for more happiness, use one of the prompts above, or your own to write a happiness affirmation:  I am happy or It is easy for me to embrace happiness more and more every day.

If you’re looking to accept yourself more, you can use: I deeply love and accept myself.

Have fun making your own manifestations and affirmations to create the best version of your life.
